Called Nate after not getting any response from the company we had previously used. They came out the next day, ordered what I needed (a NEW system, which is what I called the other company for) and had it in in a couple of days. Very professional, prompt, and friendly folks to deal with. Their prices are reasonable, too. DEFINITELY recommend them.

Nathan has never officially done work for me, however his character and the character of his company spoke volumes when just 2-3 short weeks ago I was stuck in a home with 3 children without air and a home owner who refused to fix it in a timely manner. Mr. Baugh found out about my situation and offered his services without hesitation knowing that as a single mom I just needed the hand up. If that's not quality character and an amazing man and company I'm unsure what would be.

When they left our property there was no sign of discarded trash or damage to our property. The final cost for the project was reasonable and fair. It is hard to find a company that looks out for the customer and not themselves. I have actually found that with y'all. I feel like a treasured person and not like dollar signs. Your work, service and ethics are impeccable.

Nathan and his crew are awesome. Not only were they courteous and kind, they respond to my calls promptly. His fee is reasonable, and he is very knowledgeable. We have an old heat pump unit that has been giving us problems over the years, and no one has been able to fix it permanently. Nathan and his crew fixed it, and it broke again. Nathan went to the trouble of contacting the manufacturer and found out that the part was very specialized and only the specific part from the company would work. He ordered the part and fixed our unit the second time free of charge. He also fixed our thermostat that had been improperly installed. I will not use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.

Over the past few years I have had to call Nathan Baugh a couple of times about heating and air issues. He is always so nice, professional, and responds as quickly as he possibly can. Nathan is by far the best around. I have used several other companies in MILLEDGEVILLE over the years. Nathan and his crew are very punctual and courteous. They show up when they say they are and back up their work. He doesn't try and sell you unnecessary equipment and service's. I highly recommend them for new installs and service!!!!

Excellent company to use for A/C repairs! They took my call at 7:20 am and by 10:30 am they were working on my unit! The gentleman that came was Nathan Baugh. He was very nice, professional, explained everything that needed to be done, had everything he needed for repairs and was through within the hour. (Also gave me a discount; you can't best that!) You won't regret calling them for your a/c or Hvac system repairs.

Exceptional customer service. Nathan himself come out a few times to make sure what was told needed to be done is what needed to be done. When things didn't match up, plans were changed and measured and reset quickly. All calls and concerns were answered quickly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
